Coco was working out with her trainer Thomas Patterson at the New Jersey gym, and she says that his techniques are causing her to shed unwanted pounds quickly.

'He has moves like no other. Here are just some candid pics I took while on my last visit with him. I usually work-in to 2 sessions a week with him along with my regular work-outs.'
Coco turned to Thomas as she wanted to change her work-out routine, which she claims she's been doing since she was 18.
And she seems to be really enjoying the change.
'Use the ceiling straps for ab crunches..These are really hard if u don't have good balance but great for middle section,' she captioned one of the photos.
