Just days after agreeing to a 90-day stay in lockdown rehab as part of her latest court case, the former child star looked dishevelled as she left the private member's club, 41 Ocean, in Santa Monica, California, on Saturday night.

Emerging just on midnight, the 26-year-old looked far from ready for her close up, trying to hide behind her long disheveled locks and a hat as she made a mad dash to a waiting car.
Despite declaring on Monday she was 'taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead,' the Mean Girls star took a small diversion off the road and headed straight for the restaurant come bar to watch her boyfriend Avi Snow play with his band City Of The Sun.
It was Lindsay's second time at the club in less than a week.

A witness told MailOnline the actress was furious when she realised she had been photographed.
'She said "Don't even try it" and then got in the car and screamed.'
Perhaps realising it was not ideal for the embattled star to be seen at a bar, her new boyfriend shouted at their driver, 'He was yelling 'Go, go, go''' the witnessed said.
While Lindsay was unhappy as she made a dive for the waiting car outside the venue, inside she was spotted have a very good time indeed.
The once again red head smiled as she sat with a big table of people and watched her new beau - who is also a new York nightclub promoter.

While their relationship is said to be in its early stages, the pair were not shy in hiding their affection stealing a kiss when Avi got a break from the stage.
While the 26-year-old star's table had plenty of beer and wine on it, Lindsay made sure everyone knew it was not for her by shunning a glass and instead taking large swings from a bottle of San Pellegrino.

On Friday night the site claims the Parent Trap star made a quick trip down to San Diego, California, and at a club there ordered that she 'be served vodka from carafes, instead of bottles, so she wouldn't be seen with alcohol bottles on her table'.
The nightclub Fluxx also revealed the star was not just on water saying on its Facebook page:
'Lindsay Lohan spotted partying at #FLUXXsd last night! Sipping on Ketel One and hanging out with Sean Kingston!'
The actress - who has had at least five publicised attempts to get sober - was not seen drinking anything but her bottle of water during the performance on Saturday.
Despite this, Lindsay looked a little worse for wear ads she left the club around midnight with her new boyfriend in tow.

She then tried to hide in the backseat of the large black SUV, lying down and burying her face into a friend's lap.
While she escaped having to wear an orange jumpsuit by pleading not contest to the charges following a car accident last year - charges which saw her probation revoked for theft of a necklace in 2011 - it seems Lindsay is still trying to declare she is innocent through her clothing.
For her court appearance on Monday Lindsay made sure to wear white.
And, again on Saturday, the actress went for the colour of innocence wearing a white knit sweater, a white scarf and a white cowboy-inspired fringe jacket.
But Lindsay did make sure to flash a little bit of bad girl fashion, wearing a super tight black mini dress with a unusual stockings and knee high boots.

Lindsay's night outs are numbered as the star must check in for her 'lockdown rehab' within the next month and a half.
For violating her probation by lying to police as to who was driving her car when she had an accident, she avoided a 180 day jail term but instead reached a plea deal where she will now have to complete 90 days in a inpatient rehabilitation facility, 30 days of community labour and 18 months of psychiatric treatment.
However, there is some confusion around the sentence Lindsay was given last week, as TMZ reports that there is no such thing as a lockdown rehab centre anywhere in America.

The only private rehab centres which can hold patients against their wills are ones connected to the prison system, and patients in such a facility require a felony record in order to be admitted - which Lindsay does not have.
Renowned therapist Dr Drew told the website: 'There is no rehab that will hold you against your will, unless they feel the person is a suicide risk, and in that case they can hold the individual for 72 hours.'
Sources told TMZ that prosecutors were under the impression that a suitable lockdown centre existed when the plea deal was offered to Lindsay.
